Redlands’ Asian Student Association put on their renowned Night Market on March 14. This annual event includes decorated booths serving culture-specific food in front of Memorial Chapel followed by indoor performances. The 12 booths opened for orders at 5 p. m. and continued into the early evening, when attendees were treated to performances of Chinese dragon dancing, a flag march of all cultures, an Indonesian Cultural dance, hula and a dance from the ASA cabinet.

Redlands students and community members could pick up preordered punch cards or purchase new ones to fill out for food at the various booths.The Asian Student Association took over the parking lot in front of Redlands’ Memorial Chapel to provide a taste of 12 different Asian and Pacific Island countries for the March 14 ASA Night Market. These countries included the Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, Polynesia, Bangladesh, China, Taiwan, India, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia and Japan.
